Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience leading a team of analysts in a fast-paced environment
  • 5+ years of experience manipulating large complex data sets, doing quantitative analysis, statistical modeling and visualization
  • Expert regarding best practices around data manipulation, building data pipelines, feature engineering and creating dashboards
  • Ability to lead initiatives across multiple product areas and communicate findings with leadership and product teams to quickly turn insights into actions
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex analytical results or issues to internal and/or external stakeholders
  • Experience with online ads or mobile marketing referred

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and manage team tasks/deliverables to hit company goals and align with company vision
  • Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities
  • Define and implement consistent measurement standards and reporting process, leveraging data to inform business decisions, and make recommendations for improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying business needs and carrying out necessary processes and practices to monitor progress and results
  • Collaborates with others to support use of visualization reporting tools to provide more effective decision-making and accountability at the service line level
  • Support relationships with key stakeholders to deliver solutions include resolving issues, answering questions, obtaining information, and providing documentation
  • Serve as the analytics subject matter expert, providing clear, data-driven insights and recommendations in a consistent format
  • Provides recommendations to business stakeholders to solve complex business issues through data
  • Contribute to strategic discussions, collaborating with the BD team to develop innovative product positioning approaches
  • Stay updated on ASO trends, ensuring the insights provided remain cutting-edge and align with client needs
  • Define key metrics for assessing the impact of ASO performance offerings on potential clients
  • Interpret data, analyze results, provide and improve ongoing reports on Looker
  • Develop and implement Big Query tables and Looker reports for internal and external use
  • Acts as a liaison to support business planning, implementation, validation and scalability of current data warehousing
  • Provide mentorship and support in hiring, training, and retaining a high-performing analytics team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in data analytics and visualization and experimentation
  • Expertise in SQL; experience with Python or R
  • Experience with data warehouses and big data technologies such as Looker Studio, Redshift, Snowflake, Big Query, Presto, Athena, Spark, DBT
  • Understanding the importance of delivering value to our clients, not just completing tasks to specs
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to both technical and non-technical partners
  • Curious, self-motivated and highly collaborative
  • Flexible and able to jump between several different projects
  • Ability to speak to measurable impacts you have made with insights derived from you and your team
  • Ability to think creatively and critically and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment

Benefits

  • The starting salary range for this position is: $108,000-$135,000
  • Some roles may also be eligible for commission, bonus, competitive equity packages and other performance incentives
