Data Annotator - Bilingual French

Summary

Join Royalty Staffing and work as a Data Annotator, labeling, summarizing, and evaluating text data for machine learning projects. This is a three-month contract position with the potential for extension, offering part-time remote work with flexible hours (20 hours/week, Monday-Friday, during normal business hours). The ideal candidate is fluent in French and English and resides in the United States. You will be responsible for labeling datasets, identifying PII, and communicating with team members. Previous annotation experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in French
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (C1 or C2 level proficiency preferred)
• Basic computer and data entry skills, particularly with spreadsheets
• Familiarity with Slack and other modes of communication
• Familiarity with and competencies in various annotation tooling

Responsibilities

• Label data sets for accuracy according to established guidelines in French and/or English
• Identify and escalate any Personally Identifiable Data (PII) that could compromise the data
• Communicate with management, project leads and team members in English

Preferred Qualifications

Previous annotation experience in both French and English
