Summary

Join Elastic, the Search AI Company, as a Software Engineer on the Application Experience team. Contribute significantly to our SaaS, serverless, and on-premise initiatives by developing hosted and on-premise offerings. Requirements

• At least three years of web application development experience
• Knowledgeable with some combination of React, Typescript, Emotion or CSS-in-JS styling, Jest, NodeJS, Git, Storybook, or willing to learn those that are missing
• Good technical writing, presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work with a worldwide team in a distributed work environment
• Passionate about JavaScript and web development in general

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of our hosted and on-premise offerings
• Be part of a great team who mentor, challenge and support each other
• Work closely with the Product, Operations, Design and Engineering teams to define and shape the tasks we work on
• Work on a codebase that consists of UX, APIs, and services both on the client and server side

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with the Opensource ecosystem and/or Elasticsearch
