Requirements

  • 5-7 years experience with the intersection of Search, E-commerce, and AI & ML technologies (LLMs, Vector Search, Personalization, Keyword Search, ML ranking models, Data Enrichment)
  • 1-3 years experience in B2B SaaS Product Management
  • Proven success as a Product Manager (launching impactful features) & Product Leader (empowering others on your team)
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams
  • Strong, influential, persuasive communication
  • Deep ability to understand how technical concepts & tradeoffs tie to business outcomes
  • Growth Mindset, highly collaborative, comfortable in a high ownership/high accountability environment

Responsibilities

  • Own the Search Product Roadmap: Lead the development and execution of the Search product strategy, ensuring it aligns with our overall business objectives and customer needs
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the technical aspects of AI Search, including areas like Large Language Models (LLMs), artificial intelligence, recall, ranking, and personalization
  • Stay curious about emerging technologies and assess how they can enhance our product stack, continuously delivering cutting-edge innovation
  • Effectively scope and sequence projects to ensure timely and impactful delivery
  • Conduct thorough research with Data Science to identify problem areas within Search for our customers, using data to inform prioritization and feature development
  • Ensure all features have a clear path to improving key business metrics (RPV, Conversion Rate), with defined hypotheses on expected impact
  • Lead and mentor team members to deliver projects on scope and on time, while closely monitoring progress and proactively addressing any issues
  • Enhance our product delivery process to be efficient and effective, keeping all tools (like Productboard) up to date and ensuring a well-oiled operation
  • Collaborate with Research & Development (R&D) and Customer Success (CS) teams to co-lead an A/B testing program focused on optimization and competitive analysis
  • Provide support for critical in-flight A/B tests, especially those comparing our product against competitors
  • Analyze test results to identify opportunities for performance lift and integrate these insights back into the product roadmap
  • Create comprehensive guides for CS and customers on implementing features to drive improvements, covering both existing and new functionalities
  • Work closely with the CS A/B testing leader to continuously improve the testing process
  • Define and manage an early access program, setting key criteria for testing and collaborating with early adopters to demonstrate the value of new features
  • Provide mentorship to 2-3 Product Managers, creating a collaborative and high-performing team environment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Engineering and other departments to ensure alignment and effective execution
  • Deliver roadmap overviews and updates to customers, and support the resolution of escalations for enterprise clients
  • Partner with Product Marketing to align on product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies
  • Support the Sales team on significant opportunities, providing product expertise and credibility for influential customers & prospects

Preferred Qualifications

Base salary range for this position is $210,000-$275,000, plus bonus and RSU's
