Requirements

• Have significant experience in data engineering
• Be comfortable writing advanced Python and SQL
• Have extensive experience building ETL/ELT data pipelines
• Have experience using data transformation tools like dbt
• Have managed script dependencies with tools like Airflow
• Have substantial data warehouse experience using Snowflake or similar technologies

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT data pipelines
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
• Implement and manage data workflows and dependencies using tools like Airflow
• Build and maintain data models and data warehouses using Snowflake or similar technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver efficient solutions
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across the data lifecycle
• Help improve data engineering processes and infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience with Terraform
• Have experience with Ruby
• Have experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
• Have experience with Amplitude
• Have experience with DevOps
• Have experience with Heroku
• Have experience with Kafka
• Have experience with AWS/GCP
