Requirements

• Experienced Technical Leader: Proven track record in leading cross-functional and distributed engineering teams
• Strategic Thinker & Communicator: Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills with a user-centric approach
• Agile Advocate: Hands-on experience implementing agile methodologies, particularly Kanban
• Product-Driven Engineer: Experience developing data solutions for ad products, affiliate sales, or editorial platforms
• Mentor & Coach : Passionate about guiding both senior and early-career engineers, helping them grow technically and professionally
