Responsibilities

• Build Data Infra: Design and scale the cloud architecture that powers large-scale ELT workflows and real-time pipelines across Mindbloom’s platform
• Integrate Seamlessly: Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth, reliable data flow across tools and teams
• Automate Everything: Implement CI/CD for data, from deployment to monitoring, to ensure rapid iteration and minimal downtime
• Optimize for Scale: Proactively troubleshoot, debug, and fine-tune performance in production to maximize speed, reliability, and efficiency
• Lead with Vision: Mentor a high-performing team, champion best practices, and drive adoption of AI tools to elevate pipeline quality and engineering velocity
• Audit and Architect Tracking: Ensure accurate, scalable event tracking across analytics and advertising tools — from client-side data capture to downstream systems like Segment, GTM, and Meta
• Advise on Growth Data Strategy: Guide cross-functional partners on best practices for tracking, instrumentation, and data infrastructure to power high-leverage growth campaigns
