Summary
Join our team as a Data Entry Specialist and thrive in a multicultural, multilingual, remote work environment. You will review and process seizure-related documents, accurately enter customer data, follow established workflows, and provide administrative support. Success requires excellent English and German language skills, prior experience in operational, banking, or legal settings, and a collaborative mindset. A personal laptop and stable internet connection are necessary. The position offers a fixed schedule, short-term contract, paid training, and various benefits.
Requirements
- Excellent English (C1 for both spoken and written) and German B2 skills
- Previous experience in operational, banking, or legal environments
- A true team player with a collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to supporting colleagues
- Fast learner, comfortable with repetitive yet critical tasks
- Strong sense of discretion and solid understanding of data protection principles
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Strong attention to detail and reliability when handling sensitive or legal information
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
Responsibilities
- Review and process incoming seizure-related documents
- Accurately locate customer information and enter/verify data in internal systems
- Follow established workflows to support account-related actions
- Provide administrative and data support to the Seizures Team as needed
- Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of each case
- Maintain clear and structured case documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution
- Meet team KPIs
- Always be up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
- Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
- Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Zendesk, ABBYY or similar
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
