Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in project managing healthcare data integration for large self-funded companies
• Understand the nuances of ETL processes within the healthcare benefits world
• Have worked with SQL and MySQL
• Possess 3+ years experience in an IT role requiring business or data analysis and 1+ year experience with project planning or project management
• Have 3+ years experience in the healthcare claims industry

Responsibilities

• Communicate and work directly with data suppliers to ensure that data is received and interpreted correctly
• Develop, enhance, and maintain data transformation and standardization processes
• Help perform detailed data quality reviews, data investigations and issue identification when necessary, and work to achieve resolutions with internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute and participate in release testing
