Data Operations Intern

Summary

Join Invoca as a Data Operations Intern and play a crucial role on our Sales Operations team, providing overall support by helping source and validate account and prospect data. As a Junior or Senior in college pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations, Business Management, Marketing, Data Analytics, Project Management or a related field, you will utilize various tools and data mining approaches to contribute to the overall accuracy and value of data for our marketing and sales teams.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master's in Business Administration, Operations, Business Management, Marketing, Data Analytics, Project Management or a related field
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar data validation tools is highly desirable but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and/or G-Suites is required
• Exceptional attention to detail with a demonstrated commitment to maintaining high data accuracy and quality
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. Eager to take on new challenges and contribute to various projects
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team setting and support team goals

Responsibilities

• Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other data validation platforms to identify and verify account and prospect information
• Assist with routine tasks related to data research, entry, management, validation and quality control
• Participate in both daily and strategic data mining projects to extract valuable demographic, firmographic, and behavioral insights
• Partner closely with the Sales operations team to ensure data accuracy and relevance
• Support various ad-hoc projects as needed
