Sales Operations Intern

Summary

As an intern, you'll support day-to-day operations, assist with business analytics, project management, and testing, while also gaining exposure to the automotive industry and start-up operations.

Requirements

• Available from October 2024. You should then be available for 6 months to 12 months, full time (40h/week)
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English (Level - C1 or higher)
• To be based in Amsterdam during the internship
• Studies within Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics, Mathematics or similar fields
• Passion for Electric Vehicles: A genuine interest in electric vehicles, sustainable mobility, and environmental consciousness
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment, adapting to changing needs and demands
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools (Microsoft Office)
• Analytical skills: Ability to perform simple data analysis and report statistics with a solution-oriented mindset
• Self-starter: Demonstrating initiative and can-do attitude when approaching tasks
• Curiosity: Eager to learn with a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations by setting up systems in preparation for events to ensure accurate tracking of all activities
• Assist the business analytics function including updating/ cleaning data to maintain high information integrity and providing key reports enabling optimized performance
• Assist project management to ensure successful and timely completion of key projects
• Perform testing and implement improvements on new functionality and tools
• Launch new processes and tools, create training materials and ensure compliance
• Support different business areas by providing key data on request
• Complete any ad-hoc activities based on priorities and key projects
