Requirements

  • Have 3+ years of management experience with 8+ direct reports
  • Have 5+ years of experience working on a Data or QA role/team
  • Have 2+ years of experience working as a data or quality assurance analyst
  • Have experience managing a large team while working in a high-growth, startup environment
  • Have a proven ability to collaborate with a global team and for a US-based employer
  • Have a proven track record of managing a team successfully to hit their KPIs
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, English proficiency (spoken, written), and the ability to interact effectively with internal teams across time zones and cultures

Responsibilities

  • Directly drive Signals product and revenue growth through your work
  • Manage a team of 10+ Data QA Specialists who: Own the data cleaning and quality assurance processes for Signals data from several data sources, including financial data and invoices
  • Manage a team of 10+ Data QA Specialists who: Extract and evaluate key insights from financial data including identifying expense transactions and determining software subscription periods
  • Manage a team of 10+ Data QA Specialists who: Work primarily in our proprietary data cleaning platform to do manual QA review
  • Manage a team of 10+ Data QA Specialists who: Be responsible for engagement, motivation, and career development of individuals on your team as a full-time people manager
  • Collaborate with team leads who will be double checking the work of individuals on your team and providing you with feedback on their work
  • Ensure your team consistently hits their target KPIs for data QA efficiency and accuracy
  • Track and report key metrics to leadership on the performance of your team
  • Work closely with leadership on potentially hiring and scaling your team further this year
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders based in the U.S., Brazil, and India
  • Have the opportunity to grow your career on the Signals team with increasing levels of responsibility and diversified ownership areas
