Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Developer/Data Analyst
- At least 2 years of experience building and enhancing Looker applications and administration
- Well-versed in Python and SQL coding
- Skills in data modeling and business logic processes
- Experience with DWH design
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Able to work in a highly collaborative environment
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently, taking ownership of projects and delivering high-quality results within deadlines
- Able to demonstrate knowledge of dimensional modeling, and data visualization techniques
Responsibilities
- Maintain the accuracy of finance data in the data warehouse by developing and maintaining a robust data quality monitoring system, driving the resolution of identified errors
- Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to improve data pipelines
- Develop source data tables for finance reporting needs and design scalable data models that facilitate accurate and insightful decision-making
- Drive company-wide data accessibility by advocating for self-service data usage and utilizing BI tools such as Looker to empower teams with actionable insights
- Keep processes organized and well-documented, contributing to process improvements and ensuring efficiency, particularly during month-end closing activities
- Foster cross-functional collaboration by ensuring effective communication and alignment between finance and data teams, supporting seamless integration and cooperation
