Requirements
- 3+ years' experience of data quality, governance
- 1+ years' experience leading projects, mentoring peers, and coordinating efforts
- Experience of data quality principles, including data profiling, cleansing, validation, and governance
- Experience coordinating across functions, aligning data quality efforts with business goals and operational needs
- Experience with Excel (can perform complex functions)
- Basic knowledge of PC desktop, SharePoint Takes Direction and open to learning SFDC and other tools related to the project
- Be a bridge between data quality team and CRM Leader Thrive in environments, effectively juggling multiple tasks and shifting focus to meet changing business demands
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of data quality analysts, providing technical guidance, training, and support to foster a culture of accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement
- Act as the primary liaison between the team and the managing CRM leader, ensuring alignment with organizational goals by communicating project updates, team feedback, and critical issues
- Oversee and execute data quality initiatives, including audits, cleansing, standardization, deduplication, and validation, ensuring compliance with global data governance standards and audit requirements
- Maintain and enhance CRM data integrity by managing client credentialing, sales opportunity processing, and supporting both ad-hoc and bulk data requests in accordance with service level agreements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to uphold data quality across the organization, promoting best practices and seamless data integration
- Develop, document, and refine data standards, workflows, and operational processes to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency
- Facilitate team communication and collaboration, resolving issues proactively and creating an environment of transparency and shared accountability
- Support internal projects by identifying challenges, proposing data-driven solutions, and ensuring successful implementation
