Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education is an asset
• Familiarity with driving and basic traffic laws, providing helpful context for the intersection and signal data you'll be working with
• Experience following processes in quality-sensitive environments where accuracy and consistency were essential (e.g., data entry, QA)
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Clear, concise communication and a collaborative mindset
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• A humble, curious attitude and willingness to learn
• Available to work core hours aligned with the Pacific Time Zone

Responsibilities

• Configure intersection topology and phasing data according to Miovision’s standards and procedures
• Perform quality checks to catch and correct inconsistencies or errors
• Collaborate with teammates to resolve discrepancies and maintain high data quality
• Share feedback and suggestions to help improve team workflows and systems
• Support Team Leaders with process improvement initiatives and onboarding of new team members
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and other Miovision deliverables as needed, offering insights and recommendations while working within established processes and guidelines
• Adapt and contribute to evolving business needs in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
