Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in data quality, data management, or a related field, with a strong focus on data accuracy and governance
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and experience working with data related to accounts, opportunities, and contracts
  • Proven analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify data inconsistencies and resolve issues effectively
  • Strong organisational and documentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple data quality tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to address data issues and promote data quality best practices

Responsibilities

  • Regularly review exception reports to identify data quality issues across accounts, opportunities, quotes, contracts, and licenses
  • Investigate and resolve identified data discrepancies, collaborating with relevant teams to correct records and maintain data integrity
  • Provide feedback on areas where additional validation or quality checks could enhance data accuracy and reliability
  • Work with cross-functional teams to recommend process improvements for data handling, contributing to better data governance and reduced error rates
  • Maintain clear documentation of data quality processes, exceptions, and resolutions; develop regular reports to track data quality trends and improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with IT, Salesforce administrators, and other internal stakeholders to ensure data quality standards align with business needs and support ongoing data initiatives
  • Utilise data quality tools and techniques to assess, cleanse, and maintain datasets, promoting best practices in data management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms, including data management and reporting
  • Background in data governance or knowledge of data quality tools and techniques
  • Understanding of business operations in SaaS, technology, or education-focused organisations
