Summary

The job is for a Director Data Scientist in the GenAI team of Wellhub, a corporate wellness company. The role involves leading AI model development, strategic planning, and team management to personalize user experiences, streamline operations, and optimize resources. The position is based in Brazil.

Requirements

• Advanced Degree: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field
• Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
• Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading data science teams, with a track record of delivering high-impact AI solutions in production environments

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, development, and deployment of AI models that can generate content, solutions, and insights across various domains
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists and domain experts, guiding them to create innovative AI applications that solve real-world problems and push the boundaries of what AI can achieve
