Requirements

• 8+ years experience in a data science or analytics role at a consumer tech company
• 4+ years experience of building and leading high-performing data teams
• Ability to write structured and efficient SQL queries on large data sets
• Good business judgment
• Experience designing AB/multivariate tests and drawing actionable conclusions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Help build the world's leading consumer education business
• Grow ClassDojo to its next major milestones while deepening love for the brand
• Shape the company’s strategic direction
• Uncover unique user insights, identify and test critical product improvements, and drive revenue results
• Work with co-workers across the company to develop insights that inform strategy and decision-making across the entire business

• Expert knowledge in driving subscription revenue growth
• Experience with consumer marketplaces

• Compensation ranges based on geographic location, experience, and skillset (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT states: $246,000 - $300,000 USD; All other states in the US: $209,000 - $255,000 USD)
