Requirements

• Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• 2+ Years of experience in working with large datasets - a must
• Proficiency in Python - a must
• Proficiency in PySpark - a must
• Data Science and Statistics skills
• Data Analytics and Data Analysis skills
• Data Visualization skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Responsibilities

• Develop new metrics, methods, and tools to monitor and evaluate our big (actually HUGE! ) data quality
• Use a creative combination of data analytics methods, algorithms, statistics and business intelligence to build new data tools and support existing ones
• Be ready to dive into the trenches - manually crank, turn and spin wheels to turn things into a success
• Work closely with production teams and business stakeholders ensuring high-quality handshake in productization phases
• Take an active part in Placer.ai data science community, share expertise and drive initiatives
