Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, Matplotlib/Plotly, and SHAP
- Strong understanding of predictive analytics and classic machine learning techniques
- Advanced SQL knowledge, including concepts like Join and Group By
- Experience with Jupyter Notebook, Google Colab, or equivalent code editors
- Ability to work with REST APIs and manipulate data programmatically
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub for code versioning
- Experience with Docker for deploying code
- Highly detail-oriented and skilled in data preparation and cleaning
- Proactive and solution-driven with the ability to handle complex datasets
- Strong communicator, capable of documenting and explaining processes clearly
Responsibilities
- Clean, structure, and prepare tabular data for analysis, including removing rows with empty values, performing feature engineering, and creating new features
- Build and optimize predictive models using classic machine learning techniques
- Use Python and libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, Matplotlib/Plotly, and SHAP for data analysis and visualization
- Read API documentation and programmatically retrieve data using REST APIs (e.g., Python requests library)
- Utilize advanced SQL concepts (e.g., Join, Group By) for data manipulation and transformation
- Manage code versioning using Git and GitHub
- Work with Docker for code deployment and scalability
- Utilize Jupyter Notebook, Google Colab, or equivalent for coding and data exploration
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in AI and machine learning
