Requirements

• 3+ Years of experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches
• 1+ Years of experience leading data-driven projects from definition to execution, including metric definition, experiment design, aggregation of results from disparate data sources, and communication of actionable insights to stakeholders
• A track record of high ownership and taking initiative
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration including effective communication with team members of varying skill sets and levels of experience
• Proficiency in SQL with some experience in Python

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Marketing to guide, influence, and support product strategy with data insights
• Analyze and interpret large, complex datasets to address diverse and challenging business problems using various analytical and statistical techniques
• Explore and evaluate opportunities for product improvement
• Develop and track success metrics for product initiatives
• Provide actionable insights about our users such as how they work, how they discover features, and which obstacles they might run into on the platform
• Contribute toward initiatives to enhance the reliability and accuracy of our data infrastructure and processes

• The starting salary for this role is between $170,000 and $200,000 USD
