Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field
• Bachelors or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Proven track record in building and deploying machine learning models and data analytics solutions
• Strong experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling
• Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis and modeling
• Experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, Tensorflow or PyTorch

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights that inform business strategies and operational improvements
• Build, validate, and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms tailored to solve business problems
• Use statistical techniques and data visualization to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Identify relevant data sources and work with data engineering teams to gather and preprocess data for analysis
• Perform feature engineering, data transformation, and data cleaning to prepare datasets for modeling
• Work with structured and unstructured data from various sources
• Collaborate with software engineers and DevOps to deploy models into production environments
• Monitor the performance of models over time, recalibrating and optimizing them as necessary
• Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to evaluate model effectiveness and impact
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI technologies
• Experiment with new techniques and tools to improve existing workflows and introduce innovative solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for data science and machine learning
• Familiarity with big data technologies like ClickHouse, Spark, Hadoop or Databricks
• Knowledge of deep learning techniques and NLP (Natural Language Processing)
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with database querying
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib)
