Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Proven track record in building and deploying machine learning models and data analytics solutions
- Strong experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling
- Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis and modeling
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, Tensorflow or PyTorch
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights that inform business strategies and operational improvements
- Build, validate, and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms tailored to solve business problems
- Use statistical techniques and data visualization to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Identify relevant data sources and work with data engineering teams to gather and preprocess data for analysis
- Perform feature engineering, data transformation, and data cleaning to prepare datasets for modeling
- Work with structured and unstructured data from various sources
- Collaborate with software engineers and DevOps to deploy models into production environments
- Monitor the performance of models over time, recalibrating and optimizing them as necessary
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to evaluate model effectiveness and impact
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI technologies
- Experiment with new techniques and tools to improve existing workflows and introduce innovative solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for data science and machine learning
- Familiarity with big data technologies like ClickHouse, Spark, Hadoop or Databricks
- Knowledge of deep learning techniques and NLP (Natural Language Processing)
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with database querying
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib)
