Requirements

• Background in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related quantitative fields
• Proven experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques preferably with focus on NLP and LLMs
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and ML models development
• Understanding of databases, especially SQL
• Good software development skills. Familiarity with Git, testing, REST apis
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch, scikit-learn, pandas, transformers etc
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic and analytical mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
• Experience putting systems in production (Docker and/or cloud alternatives)
• Ability to work fully remote

Responsibilities

• Create complex agentic AI systems using LLM, RAGs. Our focus is on the quality of such systems
• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms for predictive analytics and pattern recognition
• Conduct end-to-end analysis of large and complex datasets to extract valuable insights
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production and optimize performance
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and develop data-driven solutions
• Build automatic ML pipelines from extracting data to serving and updating the models in production
• Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences through reports and presentations
• Stay updated with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and related fields

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with RAGs and agentic AI systems
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus (we work with AWS)
• Previous experience in industries such as sales & marketing analytics is a plus
• Knowledge of big data technologies is a plus
