Join DataDome's Threat Research Team as a seasoned Data Scientist to contribute to the ML roadmap definition and implementation. You will focus on innovative uses of ML technologies within DataDome solutions, pushing ML-based detection improvements in production. The ideal candidate possesses 7+ years of experience in a Data Scientist role, strong programming skills in Python, and a strong computer science background. Requirements
- At least 7+ years of experience in a Data Scientist role
- Strong programming skills in python
- Strong computer science background
- Good knowledge of ML algorithms
- Ability to learn and implement new ML approaches (from papers, blogs, etc.)
- Good communication and writing skills (mainly in English)
Responsibilities
- Contribute and challenge ML topics at DataDome in the field for fraud detection
- Push ML-based detection improvements in production with the help of other technical team
- Solve high business-impact problem using your Data Science skills, acting like a problem solver for product teams, and delivering state of the art research to production
- Shape data products in alignment with product strategy
- Lead efforts in Data Science intelligence, being aware of the latest ML-related technologies and evolution of the research in the fraud detection domain
- Provide leadership in data science methodologies, ensuring best practice and processes are being carried out in all of the projects
- Mentor more junior team members
- Represent DataDome expertise in the field at internal and external conferences and customer events
Preferred Qualifications
- Good understanding of how the web works: browser vs server, GET/POST requests, how a login works
- Has already done a simple bots/crawler or could discuss main automation techniques: HTTP library, headless browser, real browser
- Has knowledge of Scala or Java
- Has experience in Graph Neural Networks and/or ML online training
- GCP and VertexAI knowledge or certification
