Summary
Join Boldr, a global B-Corp, as a Data Services Associate! You will become a subject matter expert on client onboarding, reviewing user accounts for platform eligibility and acting as a central team member engaging with hosts. You'll execute assigned processes, meet productivity and quality targets, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize the onboarding process. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 1+ years of relevant experience, and excellent communication skills. Preferred qualifications include CRM experience (Salesforce, Zendesk), proficiency with Notion and Slack, and strong problem-solving skills. Requirements
- Bachelor's / College Degree in any field youβre passionate about!
- At least 1+ years of full-time user onboarding, sales, operations, account management, customer success, or related experience
- Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs and MS Office applications
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Execute processes assigned by the client and/or management
- Ensure defined productivity targets are met
- Ensure defined quality targets are met
- Review and onboard submissions through from start to finish and appropriately document feedback and outreach
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive requirements to go live, strategy, and optimization of the onboarding process to ensure optimum host experience and a healthy marketplace
- Review and take action on accounts for potential violation of our Community Guidelines or Terms of Use
- Handle high volumes of host-facing support tickets and submissions while providing friendly and efficient service
- Identify process improvement opportunities as they arise
- Reports process deficiencies to ensure accurate execution of tasks
- Creating and finishing projects assigned by the client
- Manage updated sales records and opportunity status in salesforce
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using CRM tool(s) like Salesforce + Zendesk
- Proficiency with Notion, and Slack
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously with multi-functional teams
- Strong written communication skills and knowledge to recall and coherently summarize complex issues and situations
- Motivation, drive, and a self-starting attitude
- Experience working with a fast-growing start-up
- Ability to understand customer needs and meet those needs with product knowledge
- Good time management with strong organizational skills
