Requirements
- 7-10+ years working in consulting or in a finance data-focused role
- Experience managing and mentoring junior team members
- Deep knowledge of accounting and VC finance
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence SaaS platform offerings
- Eagerness to help build and lead a best-in-class data practice
- Ability to work with high volumes of data and transactions, while holding a team accountable to high levels of precision (99.999%) and service levels
- Extensive experience presenting and interacting with clients
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of data solutions reps to ensure our customers get their data quickly and accurately
- Define, track, and optimize key performance metrics to ensure data accuracy, service levels, and operational efficiency
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to enhance internal tools and automation for data processing
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to drive adoption
- Oversee data ingestion, validation, and parsing workflows to guarantee timely and accurate delivery of customer data
- Create a robust documentation suite to clearly articulate data definitions while highlighting data quality gaps
- Continuously assess and improve processes, leveraging automation where possible
