Requirements

  • University degree
  • Be customer obsessed, proactive by nature, relish problem-solving, want the ability to think creatively and love the satisfaction of successful execution
  • Be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively
  • Be detail oriented and have excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to send feedback to senior stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Have the ability to multi-task and juggle priorities in a fast-paced working environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Extensive knowledge of data preparation procedures and requirements
  • Ability to work within multiple database query platforms and adapt to changing technologies
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies
  • Experience of campaign selection tools together with strong project management, SQL, and Excel skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data management strategies and policies to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security
  • Coordinate intake of client databases and partner source files
  • Perform quality control assessments throughout multiple data processing, cleansing and enrichment processes
  • Develop and maintain data mapping logic, identify new data sets and audience gaps
  • Monitor processes to ensure compliance with data regulations, policies, and standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new data requirements
  • Design and implement data validation and verification procedures to ensure data accuracy and reliability
  • Develop and maintain data documentation, including data dictionaries, data flow diagrams, and data lineage
  • Analyze data management systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions
  • Provide technical support and expertise to end-users regarding data management tools and systems
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and recommend innovative approaches to improve data management processes

2-3 years of related experience
