Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in Salesforce management and automation processes to improve efficiency and user experience
• Previous experience in custom reporting and process improvement
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, taking initiative when needed
• Relevant knowledge using Salesforce, Google Suite, MS Office and reporting tools such as but not limited to Data Studio, Power Bi and project management tools

Responsibilities

• Customizing fields and workflows within systems
• Optimizing current setups
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that processes align with overall business goals and operational needs
