Summary

Join CrossCountry Consulting as a Manager and help healthcare CFOs, CIOs, and corporate leaders achieve strategic growth through robust digital architecture. You will lead clients and teams on their analytics journey, collaborating on their strategic vision, crafting roadmaps, and implementing initiatives. Responsibilities include analyzing data, suggesting strategies for data preparation, creating forecasting models, generating insights, conducting client interviews, and designing data flows. The role requires significant healthcare industry knowledge, advanced revenue cycle analytics experience, proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, and experience in requirements gathering. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, while additional certifications and an MBA are preferred.

Requirements

  • Significant knowledge of the healthcare industry, with experience serving hospitals, specialty practices, MSOs, health plans, risk-bearing models, healthcare IT, care coordination, pharmacy, and enablement services
  • Experience with advanced revenue cycle analytics and modeling (hindsight analysis, cash “waterfall” models, zero-balance analysis)
  • Proficiency in analyzing large datasets using statistical methods, data mining techniques, and visualization tools to derive actionable insights
  • Ability to effectively communicate insights through visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
  • Knowledge of data systems like Snowflake or Microsoft Azure and proficient in querying and managing data using SQL or tools like Alteryx and Power Automate / Query
  • Experience in requirements gathering and translating business needs into data requirements
  • Critical thinking and creativity in solving business problems with data-driven approaches
  • Experience with development of algorithms leveraging R and/or Python
  • Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Lean, Waterfall)
  • Understanding of key finance (and other) processes like Lead to Cash / Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Hire to Retire
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or similar discipline

Responsibilities

  • Lead clients and teams on their analytics journey, collaborating on their strategic vision for analytics, crafting a roadmap of initiatives, and aiding our clients in the implementation of these initiatives
  • Analyze and interpret trends or patterns in substantial and/or intricate data sets
  • Suggest strategies for easier data preparation and blending
  • Assist in creation of forecasting and predictive analytics models
  • Generate compelling insights through visual analytics, dashboards, and/or reporting
  • Conduct client interviews to perform gap analysis and identify the root causes of challenges
  • Design process and data flows using standard flowcharting methodology

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare M&A transaction experience is a plus (investment banking, financial due diligence, operational due diligence)
  • CA / CIMA / CFA / MBA preferred
  • Certification in Snowflake / Alteryx / PowerBI / Tableau [preferred]
  • Willingness to travel based on client preferences
