Requirements

• Proven experience in data validation, data entry, or a similar role with a focus on accuracy and speed
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify data discrepancies and inconsistencies
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for communicating clients objectives and goals

Responsibilities

• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of incoming documents
• Document Validation: Review, validate, and process incoming documents to ensure their accuracy and completeness
• Data Integrity Maintenance: Ensure the integrity of data through accurate validation processes, identifying and correcting data discrepancies, and implementing quality control measures
• Speed and Efficiency: Process documents in a timely manner without compromising on accuracy. Ability to handle high volumes of data with precision
• Compliance and Standards Adherence: Ensure all validated documents comply with internal policies and standards
• Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with other departments to communicate any issues found during the validation process and provide feedback for continuous improvement
