Requirements

• Experience in architecting and implementing infrastructure to support data storage and data flow requirements
• Exceptional proven database experience in SQL (MS-SQL, MySQL, NoSQL)
• Communication skills that allow you to work with stakeholders and articulate business needs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work on AU shift

Responsibilities

• Manage, structure and curate our data to enable automation
• Work with key business stakeholders to understand business problems and use the data we have to answer these problems
• Work with our internal database and datasets in MS-SQL, MySQL and NoSQL
• Creating and configuring AI solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience using ConnectWise Manage databases or ITSM/PSA system
• Previous work experience in an MSP
• CI/CD experience
• RPA experience
• Knowledge of SharePoint
