Troubleshoot and resolve database issues, conduct data analysis, and ensure data integrity and security. Stay updated on emerging trends in SQL development and Azure cloud technologies. Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as an SQL Developer in a technology-driven company
• Strong experience with Azure SQL/Microsoft SQL Server/ PostgreSQL Database and related services
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and triggers
• Experience in query performance tuning , indexing strategies, and database optimization
• Familiarity with advanced SQL concepts, including common table expressions, window functions, pivoting, dynamic SQL, and handling JSON/XML data
• Familiarity with cloud-based databases and security best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle large-scale datasets
• Mandatory : Ability to work in the EST time zone

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions in Microsoft SQL Server/ PostgreSQL
• Design and implement efficient database structures for performance and scalability
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues, including query performance tuning and indexing strategies
• Assist in database migrations and cloud optimizations on Azure
• Work closely with engineering, product, and support teams to address data-related tasks
• Conduct data analysis and reporting to generate insights for business and product teams
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies and industry standards
• Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in SQL development and Azure cloud technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in scripting languages ( Python ) for automation is a plus
• Experience using Postman for API testing and troubleshooting is a plus
