Summary
Join our marketing team as a passionate and insightful Data/Business Analyst to elevate our lead generation program. You will play a critical role in evaluating vendor effectiveness, improving dealer performance, and building reporting solutions. This position requires managing KPIs and metrics, translating complex data into actionable insights, and presenting findings to stakeholders. You will also analyze vendor and dealer performance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support ad-hoc reporting needs. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. This is a remote position offering competitive rates, weekly payments, and various benefits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst, preferably in marketing or lead generation
- Proficiency in Lead Perfection CRM, QLIK, and Power BI
- Medium to strong SQL skills
- Advanced Excel and Power Query skills
- Demonstrated ability to define, track, and interpret KPIs and metrics
- Strong data storytelling and presentation skills-able to turn data into actionable insights
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and supporting multiple business units
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- KPI & Metrics Management
- Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics across the lead generation program
- Develop standardized reports and dashboards in QLIK and Power BI to monitor lead quality, conversion rates, vendor performance, and dealer effectiveness
- Continuously refine and evolve metrics to ensure alignment with business goals
- Data Storytelling & Insight Generation
- Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling stories that drive action and decision-making
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership, dealers, and other stakeholders in a way that is accessible and actionable
- Proactively identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement using historical and real-time data
- Vendor & Dealer Performance Analysis
- Evaluate and compare vendor performance to identify the best partners for our lead generation efforts
- Analyze dealer performance to isolate high and low performers, uncover root causes, and recommend targeted improvement strategies
- Collaborate with dealers and vendors to share insights and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Cross-Functional Reporting Support
- Build and maintain reporting solutions that support other groups within the lead generation program, such as training and development, sales, and operations
- Partner with training and development teams to identify knowledge gaps and measure the impact of training initiatives using data
- Support ad-hoc reporting needs for various internal stakeholders
- Data Management & Technical Skills
- Collect, clean, and manage large datasets from Lead Perfection and other sources
- Use SQL, Excel, and Power Query for data manipulation and analysis
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting and analytics efforts
