Requirements

• Educational Background: University degree, preferably in finance or a related field
• Industry Knowledge: Some familiarity with the banking sector or its products, and accounting standards (IFRS/HGB)
• Data Expertise: Proficient in data analysis, working with large datasets, managing data quality, and setting validation criteria
• Analytical Skills: Strong business analysis experience, including writing requirements and data mapping
• Process Optimization: Experience in process simplification, automation, or business process optimization
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and German

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of accounting systems by automating critical processes
• Engage directly with clients to collect input and deliver tailored solutions
• Define and implement accounting rules aligned with best practices
• Conduct data mapping, modeling, and analysis to ensure accurate financial reporting
