Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a deal desk role
  • 1+ years of experience working in a SaaS company/with subscription products
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ
  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal
  • Result driven and organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
  • Adept at working with cross functional teams and building meaningful business relationships along the way

Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted advisor to the sales team, collaborating on pricing, product, and commercial terms for non-standard transactions
  • Work as the primary liaison between multiple groups such as Sales, Sales Ops, Legal, Finance, and Engineering to help facilitate the deal process
  • Own the creation of quotes and orders using Salesforce CPQ
  • Manage all approvals on non-standard terms
  • Keep track of next steps and outstanding items for late stage deals
  • Partner with legal and finance to resolve complex contract issues and develop solutions in compliance with business practices and policies
  • Undertake ad hoc responsibilities as needed to support the sales team
