Summary

The job is for a Technical Expert at Selzy to help increase the deliverability of emails for clients in Northern and Latin Americas. Responsibilities include monitoring and resolving deliverability issues, user segmentation, implementing email authentication best practices, managing a team, and having experience with software development using PHP/Java/Go and designing databases.

Requirements

• Experience in solving similar deliverability problems in ESP
• Extensive experience working with postal services and clients in Europe or USA
• At least 3+ years of previous experience in software development using PHP/Java/Go
• Prior experience in designing PostgreSQL and Clickhouse databases
• Communicational level of Russian and English

Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve deliverability issues on an ongoing basis
• User segmentation for different user-flow depending on the user category, improving the customer experience
• Implementation of email authentication best practices
• Managing backlog and the team (3 developers+QA)
