Requirements

  • Academic degree in engineering (IT, Telecom, Compare Tech. or Software Tech)
  • At least 3 years’ experience in related Project
  • Advanced technical knowledge in the network area of working
  • To provide expertise in support of IT, Linux, Database, Java and etc. software components
  • To provide expertise in area of Video protocols such as TCP/IP, HLS, DASH, HTTPs and etc
  • Work closely with the operation teams by providing timely feedback for all Core services related network activities
  • Advanced level English language

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance project delivery
  • Provide technical support on Video Software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Video products E2E analysis and troubleshooting
  • Basic Datacom knowledge such as Switch, Router, Firewall
