Summary
Join impact.com as a Demand Generation Associate and manage key channels, including the website chatbot, direct buy/media buying, and the gifting platform. Collaborate closely with various teams, including Sales, Marketing Programs, Content, and Web/Design, to optimize these channels. Your responsibilities include managing workflows, updating sales teams within the tool, reviewing performance, and providing optimization recommendations. You will also manage a direct buy calendar, creative requests, vendor relationships, and lead submissions. Furthermore, you will support sales teams with campaign builds and troubleshooting. The role requires driving pipeline and revenue, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring channel alignment with the sales team. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of Demand Generation experience
- 1-2 years of Salesforce experience
- Strong collaboration and project management experience
- Experience tracking and reporting on campaign performance
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to be flexible and pivot in a fast-paced/changing environment
- Experience with various martech platforms
- (ie. Qualified/Drift, Sendoso, Asana)
- Comfortable in Salesforce
- B2B experience
Responsibilities
- Manage Qualified ChatBot Execution
- Work closely with revenue operations managers to update and manage different workflows within the tool
- Keep sales teams updated within the tool (ie. adding users, managing permissions, keeping reporting updated)
- Work closely with inbound and outbound sales team leaders to optimize the channel
- Review and provide updated reporting on how the channel is performing and recommendations to optimize
- Manage Direct Buy Channel Execution
- Maintain a direct buy calendar with media purchases and commitments, promotional assets, and costs
- Manage Asana tickets and creative requests to the design team, content team, and revenue operations teams
- Ensure leads are submitted to revenue operations to upload into sales routing process
- Work closely with vendors to provide deliverables for ad placements (creative, copy, review)
- Maintain vendor relationships and find new vendors that fit our ICP to test placements
- Report on overall performance of the channel (ie. which vendors performed best, which creative/copy performed best)
- Manage Gifting Platform Execution
- Support inbound and outbound sales teams with campaign builds and troubleshooting questions to support them
- Drive pipeline and revenue
- Optimize toward agreed-upon campaign KPIβs and ultimately meet agreed-upon marketing KPIs
- Test + Optimize
- Make sure channels are aligned and working cohesively with the sales team
