Join our Demand team as a Sales Representative to maximize ad spend in the Equativ ecosystem, build strong relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth. As a key player in driving Equativ adoption, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored agency and client solutions.

Responsibilities

Maximize the ad spend in the Equativ ecosystem, pushing the right product to the right target
Sell Equativ’s media solutions (IO /programmatic marketplaces)
Conduct meetings (virtual and on sites) with agencies and brands
Diversify the touchpoints (in all agencies departments- traders- multiscreens - accounts directors) and thanks to different formats (one to one / education session/Industry events / proposals /recommendations )
Develop strong relationships
Overall, build a large pipeline of opportunities to increase RFPs and IOs (to get a ROI)
Liaise with cross-functional teams such as Product/Marketing and/or Research & Insights team to ensure tailored agency and/or direct client approach and solutions
Manage daily collaborative efforts with internal teams, especially with Account Managers teams delivering the budget and pushing uplifts; Working closely for pre and post sales
Coordinate strategic initiatives with selected partners from agency and/or direct client side
Prospecting : sourcing and identifying sales opportunities within the agency landscape (the right vertical with a standard answer)
Achieving or exceeding revenue goals and targets (individual + Business unit)
Articulate and address technical issues, creating solutions where possible and escalating them internally otherwise
Make Equativ offers simple front clients (delivery and education) and choose the right battle and run the full life cycle
