Summary

Join our Demand team as a Sales Representative to maximize ad spend in the Equativ ecosystem, build strong relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth. As a key player in driving Equativ adoption, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored agency and client solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize the ad spend in the Equativ ecosystem, pushing the right product to the right target
  • Sell Equativ’s media solutions (IO /programmatic marketplaces)
  • Conduct meetings (virtual and on sites) with agencies and brands
  • Diversify the touchpoints (in all agencies departments- traders- multiscreens - accounts directors) and thanks to different formats (one to one / education session/Industry events / proposals /recommendations )
  • Develop strong relationships
  • Overall, build a large pipeline of opportunities to increase RFPs and IOs (to get a ROI)
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams such as Product/Marketing and/or Research & Insights team to ensure tailored agency and/or direct client approach and solutions
  • Manage daily collaborative efforts with internal teams, especially with Account Managers teams delivering the budget and pushing uplifts; Working closely for pre and post sales
  • Coordinate strategic initiatives with selected partners from agency and/or direct client side
  • Prospecting : sourcing and identifying sales opportunities within the agency landscape (the right vertical with a standard answer)
  • Achieving or exceeding revenue goals and targets (individual + Business unit)
  • Articulate and address technical issues, creating solutions where possible and escalating them internally otherwise
  • Make Equativ offers simple front clients (delivery and education) and choose the right battle and run the full life cycle
