Summary

Join Gladly's Solutions Consultant team as a Demo Engineer, responsible for building customized demo datasets, developing internal tools, and ensuring demo stability.

Requirements

• Have 2+ years (ideally 3-5) of full-stack development experience
• Are proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Go
• Have experience in automation, scripting, and building test automation
• Understand APIs, including GraphQL

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demo datasets that can be customized for different customer experiences
• Build and integrate applications into demo environments using Gladly's App Platform
• Create and maintain internal tools for the Sales and Solutions Consultant teams to improve the demo process
• Ensure demo stability by developing and running automated end-to-end testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Solutions Consulting, Engineering, and Product Marketing
• Streamline processes and help document internal tools and workflows for greater team efficiency
