Join Gather AI, a supply chain robotics company, as a Deployment Contractor to play a crucial role in setting up warehouses for fully autonomous drone flights.

Requirements

• Experience in a technician or technically focused, customer facing role
• Excellent documentation, communication, and collaboration skills
• Thorough understanding of Excel/Google Sheets
• Ability to travel ~80% of time including some weekends (valid driver's license)
• Possess forklift certification or be willing to complete the forklift certification course
• Ensure compliance with COVID-19 vaccination or provide a valid medical exemption
• Willingness to submit to a drug test if required

Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup of warehouses for fully autonomous drone flights
• Mount Aruco tags to warehouse racking faces following the pattern defined by the lead Implementation Engineer, utilizing a scissor lift or elevated work platform
• Collect accurate measurements of warehouse racks
• Adhere to safety guidelines outlined by Gather AI and the current customer site
• Maintain consistent and accurate attendance as per the schedule provided by the lead Implementation Engineer
• Record tag placement exceptions and aisle sectioning within the Data Collection Sheet (DCS)
• Be accountable for all Gather AI equipment and materials provided for use during deployment
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct yourself in a manner consistent with Gather AI core values and policies
• Demonstrate excellent documentation, communication, and collaboration skills
• Utilize hands-on building/fabricating experience with cart hardware, drone hardware, hand tools, power tools, etc
