Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Previous civil engineering internship experience is a plus
• Strong academic background with a focus on civil engineering coursework
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Familiarity with engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SAP2000) is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and execution of design projects
• Work collaboratively with a team of dedicated professionals within our Wisconsin Division
• Assist in the analysis, design, and documentation of various transportation
• Gain hands-on experience with industry-leading software and tools
• Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to real-world engineering challenges
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with other departments and agencies
• Attend meetings and training sessions to enhance your technical skills
