Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field
• Bilingual in English and French
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Figjam, Maze Design, and Dovetail
• Strong analytical and research skills with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take initiative on projects
• Passion for technology and an interest in artificial intelligence and the translation industry

Responsibilities

• Design Collaboration: Work closely with our product designers to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for new features and improvements
• Research & Analysis: Assist in researching user needs, market trends, and competitor products to inform design decisions and contribute to user-centered design solutions
• User Testing: Help coordinate and organize user testing sessions, gather feedback, and analyze results to drive design improvements
• Design Documentation: Support the creation and maintenance of design documentation, including user interface specifications and design systems
• Team Contribution: Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute creative ideas, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions
• Metrics Tracking: Assist in tracking and analyzing design metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of new features and updates
