We offer freelance opportunities to create visually appealing and brand-consistent reports, explainers, presentations, and digital assets using Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma. Freelancers will design custom graphics, charts, ads, social media graphics, icons, and new Google templates. This work often involves short deadlines. We prioritize candidates with a strong commitment to democracy and expertise in visual communication of governmental, electoral, and political concepts. Requirements

• Expertise using Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma
• A strong eye for document layout and typographic hierarchy, and understanding of how to design within an established brand system
• Experience communicating governmental, electoral, and political concepts visually

Responsibilities

• Use Google templates to lay out clear, attractive, and brand-consistent reports, explainers, and presentations
• Design custom graphics and charts for slide decks and publications
• Design digital ads and social media graphics
• Develop icons or other new brand assets based on existing visual brand identity
• Create new Google templates

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with social media content creation, motion graphics, animation, video editing, or front-end website development
