Designer (UX/UI)

Summary

ALTEN Mexico is seeking a talented Designer (UX/UI) INT to join their team. The role involves creating intuitive user interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and conducting user research and testing. Requirements include experience under agile methodologies, proficiency in Figma, Adobe SC Suite, Invision, Illustrator, Sketch, Visio & Microsoft Office, English proficiency, 2 years of laboral experience, knowledge in HMI Subsystems, UX (User Experience), UI (User Interface), and strong written and oral skills.

Requirements

• Experience working under agile methodologies
• Advanced (2 years) use of Figma, develop of Plug ins for Figma
• Proficient with Adobe SC Suite, Invision, Illustrator, Figma, Sketch, Visio & Microsoft Office
• Proficient in English
• Minimum 2 years of laboral experience working with a design team developing creative visual and interactive design solutions for consumer electronics, mobile devices, automotive or other related domains
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Development area taking design concepts to production and product development timelines
• Knowledge in HMI Subsystems, UX (User Experience), UI (User Interface)
• Strong written and oral skills

Responsibilities

• Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for software applications
• Collaborate with a global and cross-functional team to discuss and define the best tools and solutions
• Work with other developers to implement solutions, identify improvement opportunities, automations, and Artificial Intelligence integration
• Design and develop Tools for User Interfaces verification
• Design creative visual and interactive design solutions for in-vehicle displays
• Develop AI tools integrated in the Design verification process
• Iterate with prototypes through the product design and development process
• Manage diverse collaborative teams of Engineers, Marketers, Designers, Regulatory, Marketing, User Experience and Program
• Management individuals throughout the design to delivery process

Preferred Qualifications

• 3D modelling software knowledge
• Proficient on tools domain such as Axure, Github or Jira
• Integrated development environment (IDE) such as Android Studio, iOS, React or QT
• HTML knowledge
• Usability Testing and Concept Validation experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience on Driver Assistance, digital Technologies and Design Thinking knowledge
