πŸ“Remote - United States

Summary

Join ElevenLabs, a pioneering AI audio and voice technology company, as a Developer Advocate. This US remote role (with frequent Bay Area travel or option to work from the San Francisco office) involves improving developer experience through documentation and example projects, understanding user challenges, and creating engaging content. You will present at developer meetups and conferences. The ideal candidate is a strong full-stack engineer with excellent communication and content creation skills, passionate about AI and its accessibility. ElevenLabs offers a high-velocity innovation environment, a global team, remote-first work (with in-person event requirements), and opportunities for continuous growth.

Requirements

  • Strong full-stack engineer with an eye for design, usage of new AI coding tools encouraged
  • Ability to come up with a great idea for a tutorial, build a working demo, and create a high-quality blog post and talk
  • Ability to write engaging technical content
  • Treat technical content as a product - understanding the metrics and speaking to users to decide what to build/write, and then doubling down on what works

Responsibilities

  • Improve developer experience, particularly developer docs and example projects
  • Deeply understand where users are getting stuck and then write/ship what they need
  • Help drive customer acquisition of our technical self-serve customers by creating and presenting engaging content both online and in-person at developer meetups and conferences across the US, with focus on events across the San Francisco bay area
  • Create engaging content
  • Present and talk to developers in person

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building something with the ElevenLabs APIs
  • Experience with SEO and developer advocacy

Benefits

  • High-velocity innovation: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy
  • A truly global team: Collaboration with teammates across 30+ countries, a global customer footprint and office hubs in San Francisco, New York, London, and Warsaw. Annual company offsite for the whole team to get together (the last one in Croatia!)
  • Remote first (US): We prioritize your talent, not your location, with structured asynchronous workflows for maximum impact and minimal meetings. That being said, this role requires the organisation and attendance of in person events across the bay area
  • Continuous growth : Collaborate with AI leaders, shape your path, and contribute where you excel most
