Summary
The job is for a Developer Advocate at Paragon, who will create technical resources to help developers build integrations for their applications. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in software engineering
- Passionate about building and tinkering with software products
- Working knowledge of databases, APIs, webhooks, LLMs
- Experience with and enjoy writing content (Medium, dev.to , substack, past companies etc.)
- Experience building sample projects, technical product demos, or tutorials
- Experience working within cross-functional teams (product management, marketing, product engineering, support, customer success, etc)
- Scrappy, can move fast, and have an iterative mindset
- Can communicate complex topics in a concise and digestible manner, striking the balance between technical depth and simplicity
- Able and willing to work long hours to take advantage of time-sensitive opportunities (when needed)
- Data and outcome oriented - you align all your work to broader company-level goals
- Self-starter - if you have ideas, you take the initiative to execute it. If you run into problems, you look for ways to solve it
Responsibilities
- Craft great resources to help developers build integrations for their applications
- Influence how thousands of developers think about and approach building integrations
- Build product demos and tutorials
- Test the limits of our product with a wide range of use cases (including building AI software applications)
- Write how-to guides and thought leadership content for engineering leaders
- Work hand-in-hand with growth to ensure the right content is created and distributed
- Partner closely with product, marketing, and solutions engineering teams
- Support our feature launches with technical content, tutorials, and demos
- Become an expert in the integration platform market
- Attend industry conferences with our team
