Requirements

• Proven experience with ETL processes, data warehousing, and data integration techniques
• Strong proficiency in Scala and experience working with Apache Spark
• Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data storage solutions
• Experience with data pipeline orchestration tools and methodologies
• Ability to troubleshoot data quality issues and provide effective solutions
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ETL pipelines that efficiently extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse
• Utilize Scala and Apache Spark to implement and optimize data processing workflows
• Collaborate with data analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes to ensure data integrity and timely delivery
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve data processing efficiency and automate manual processes
