• Experience developing Zendesk apps and integrations using Zendesk APIs and developer tools
• Solid understanding of customer service and support processes and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

• Design and architect Zendesk solutions to meet the organization's customer service and support requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define business processes
• Configure and customize Zendesk features, including ticketing, workflow automation, reporting, and integrations
• Develop and maintain Zendesk apps and integrations using Zendesk APIs and developer tools
• Optimize Zendesk configurations for scalability, performance, and usability
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to support teams and end users
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zendesk configuration, integrations, and functionality
• Stay current with Zendesk platform updates, new features, and industry best practices

Preferred Qualifications
