Summary

Join Zipdev as an experienced QuickBase Developer to manage and enhance a complex QuickBase system. This full-time, remote role involves collaborating with stakeholders to maintain, improve, and expand QuickBase functionality for business operations. You will diagnose and resolve system issues, develop new applications and features, integrate QuickBase with other systems, and implement advanced functionalities like ML/AI. The position requires strong QuickBase development experience, proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

• 5+ years of development experience , with a strong track record of delivering custom business solutions
• 5+ years of p roven experience with QuickBase development (applications, pipelines, APIs, custom code pages)
• Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS , and SQL
• Experience with API integrations and data workflows
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software integrations
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Currently based on LATAM

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain an existing QuickBase environment, ensuring stability, performance, and scalability
• Diagnose and resolve system issues promptly
• Develop and deploy enhancements, including new applications, features, and workflow automations
• Integrate QuickBase with other systems and tools (e.g., QuickBooks) using APIs and pipelines
• Lead completion of ongoing projects and initiate new development initiatives
• Implement advanced functionality such as machine learning (ML) or AI-driven features to optimize operations
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, scope projects, and deliver solutions on time
• Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in inventory management or import/distribution business workflows is a plus
• Understanding of ML/AI tools and ability to integrate them into QuickBase is a plus
